Mike is passionate about East Texas! Whether it is fishing, hunting, mountain biking or just enjoying a walk in the woods, you will find that Mike enjoys many of the outdoor activities available to East Texans.
When Mike is not working or spending time with Melinda, his wife of 29 years, or his daughters Claire and Emily he is busy with other endeavors. Mike loves music and singing. He is a song leader at Angelina Church of Christ. Mike also stays busy serving on the board of directors of Deep East Texas Trails and Route Access Coalition and Idlewood Wastewater Control District No. 1. He is a past board member of Lufkin Association of Realtors.
